Eligibility: Active breast cancer treatment throughout funding; diagnosis within two years of application receipt; applicant or spouse/partner working at diagnosis with diagnosis-related loss of working income; household income no more than 300% of federal poverty level based on the prior year’s federal tax return. Reconstruction alone and long-term hormonal therapy alone do not qualify.

Help / limits: Up to $3,000 through direct bill payments over three months. Eligible expenses may include rent/mortgage, utilities, car payments, insurance premiums and phone bills. Bills must be payable in full; partial payments and bills in collections are excluded. This is not immediate emergency assistance; processing can take up to 90 days.
