Who qualifies: Professional blues musicians age 50 or older, with professional stage experience and recordings on professional albums/CDs, and household adjusted gross income below $35,000.

Assistance: Emergency grants up to $500 for medical or basic living expenses, temporary home care, transportation for care or essential errands, utilities and burial costs. Approved payments go directly to creditors; funds are not paid to the musician.
